Best LLC services in Oklahoma (2026)
Facts checked October 13 to 16, 2026.
Tailor Brands ranks first on our rating for an Oklahoma LLC, at 8.7, and its Elite plan totals $349 in the first year with the $100 state fee and $274 in the second. Inc Authority has the lowest totals, $100 and then $25, which are the state's own charges, but its registered agent bills $249/year from the second year. Oklahoma's yearly cost is a $25 fee and an Annual Certificate due on the anniversary of the LLC's formation date.1, 2, 3
How is the Oklahoma list ordered?
Providers appear in order of our rating, highest first, and tied providers keep our editorial order. The rating doesn't change by state; what changes here is the cost columns.
Each first-year figure adds the Oklahoma filing fee to the price of the plan we compare. The state's portal puts that fee at $100 plus a service fee, but it doesn't say how much the service fee is, so our totals count $100 only and leave it out. Year two is simpler: the $25 annual fee, plus the plan's renewal if it has one.1

Second year: the recurring Oklahoma report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.
Two ties sit in the list. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness share a rating of 8.0, and BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer share 6.8. The rating method explains the three parts behind each score and how ties are settled.
The second-year column splits the list in two. Plans billed once, such as LegalZoom Managed Service or Bizee (formerly Incfile) Premium, show only the $25 state fee in year two. Plans billed every year show their renewal on top: Tailor Brands $274 and ZenBusiness $324. The $322 shown for doola repeats its current price, since doola says Starter renews at rates then in effect and doesn't publish the renewal amount. A low second-year figure can still hide costs, because agent renewals and trial items are not in the column. The ranking by cost across both years puts every provider in order on that basis.1, 4
Which Oklahoma LLC service suits which founder?
The picks below come from published facts, one need at a time. A provider that leads one need can trail on another, so read the line for the need you care about.
- Lowest first-year total in Oklahoma: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $100 with the state fee.
- Lowest two-year total in Oklahoma: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $125 over two years with state fees. Full list
- Fastest filing: Tailor Brands, 1 business day stated on Elite. Full list
- Best for first-time founders: Tailor Brands, all three supports included in a plan (annual report filing, coaching, AI guidance). Full list
- Best all-in-one platform: Tailor Brands, sells 9 of the 10 business service types we track, with an online dashboard. Full list
- Best for non-U.S. founders: Tailor Brands, highest-rated provider whose own pages say it serves founders outside the U.S. Full list
Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.
Lowest cost in the first and second year
Inc Authority Free LLC costs $100 in the first year and $25 in the second, the same as filing alone. Its agent is free for the first year, and the service renews automatically each year at $249/year, so year two costs far more unless you cancel or switch agents. Northwest Registered Agent comes next at $139, with its included agent renewing at $125/yr. The Inc Authority profile and the cheapest services list give the detail.2, 5, 6
Fastest stated processing
Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness both state 1 business day on their compared plans, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. Those times describe the provider's own preparation. The state's review follows, and the facts we hold for Oklahoma give no standard review time and no paid rush tier. See the fastest filing list.
First-time founders
We count three supports for a founder doing this for the first time: the yearly state filing done for you, coaching from a person, and AI guidance. Tailor Brands includes all three supports, with mandatory report filing on Elite, its Business Coaching Program, and its Navi AI assistant, built into every plan. ZenBusiness includes all three supports: Worry-Free Compliance covers state-required annual report filings, Personal Velo AI guidance comes with every plan, and its advisor call is a one-on-one consultation, Premium only. doola has its AI Co-Founder assistant, though Starter does not include ongoing compliance filings. In Oklahoma the filing in question is the Annual Certificate, and the notes further down cover whether these plans say so. The first-time founders list has every provider.7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13
Most business services from one company
Of the 10 business service types we track, Tailor Brands sells 9 and ZenBusiness sells 7. The count includes services sold separately, so it says what you could buy from one company, not what the plan price covers. The all-in-one list ranks every provider on it.
Agent included in the plan
An Oklahoma agent has to keep an office open during regular business hours to accept service of process (18 Okla. Stat. § 2010). An owner who can't keep those hours can hire an agent company, and the plans below that include one mostly do so only for a limited time.14
- Bizee (formerly Incfile): free for the first year with any Bizee formation package, then $149/year15, 16
- Northwest Registered Agent: the first year, then $125/yr6
- BizFilings: 3 months free, then $220/yr17, 18
- doola: the agent is free with doola's Formation Service, and Starter itself renews each year at rates then in effect4, 19
ZenBusiness offers 50% off the first year ($99) when you form with it, Tailor Brands sells an agent at $199/year, and InCorp Services sells one at $129/year. The agent included list puts them side by side.20, 21, 22
EIN and founders outside the U.S.
The IRS issues an EIN for free, so an EIN in a plan saves the paperwork, not a fee. doola lists the Employer Identification Number (EIN) in Starter and states it accepts non-U.S. founders, with a US business address in the same plan. LegalZoom lists an EIN (federal tax ID) in Managed Service. Northwest Registered Agent charges $200 for an EIN when the owner has no Social Security number, and Inc Authority sells one at $49 (standalone service). Tailor Brands links a separate sign-up flow for non-US citizens but publishes no eligibility rules. The EIN included list and the non-U.S. founders list cover both questions.23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29
What does Oklahoma charge whoever files?
Oklahoma charges $100 plus a service fee to form the LLC and lists a $25 annual fee, whether you file yourself or through a service. The totals on this page add both to each plan price.1
- Formation filing fee: $100 (plus a service fee)
- Recurring report: due each year on the anniversary of the LLC's formation date, with a 60-day grace period, $25
There is no franchise tax to plan for, since the Oklahoma Tax Commission says LLCs are statutorily exempt from franchise tax. The facts we hold also show no paid expedite tier, so a provider's rush option speeds up only its own side of the work.30
A missed certificate is the other cost to plan for. After the 60-day grace period, the entity becomes inactive and not in good standing. A Reinstatement form has no fee, but every missed year's certificate and fee must be filed before the LLC is back in good standing.3
Who files the yearly Oklahoma certificate, and what bills later?
Oklahoma's yearly filing is called an Annual Certificate, and its date follows each LLC's formation date. Each company has its own date, so it is easy to lose track of.3
Tailor Brands Elite lists mandatory report filing. ZenBusiness Premium includes Worry-Free Compliance for state-required annual report filings. Northwest Registered Agent sells report filing at $100 + state fees, and InCorp Services at $89 + state fees. None of these pages names the Oklahoma certificate, so confirm it is covered before you count on it, and expect the state fee on top.7, 10, 31, 32
Some plans add a bill after a trial. Tailor Brands Elite includes a bookkeeping trial that then costs $39/month. LegalZoom lists that its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days. Swyft Filings adds a ComplianceGuard trial to every LLC plan, then $199/year auto-charged unless cancelled. Cancel those in time and the second-year column holds; leave them running and it doesn't. The LegalZoom pricing page and the package contents guide show which items are trials.26, 33, 34
Can you form an Oklahoma LLC without a service?
Yes. Oklahoma takes filings online at WWW.SOS.OK.GOV or on paper, and you pay only the state's $100 plus a service fee. A service mainly adds preparation, and sometimes an agent, an EIN or report filing.1
Doing it yourself means choosing an agent on your own. The statute lets an individual resident of this state serve, and it allows the LLC itself, but the registered office still has to be open during regular business hours to accept service of process. It also means tracking the certificate date yourself each year. The Oklahoma formation guide covers each step, and the cost calculator shows what a plan adds in each year.14
Oklahoma LLC service questions
Does any service include the Oklahoma filing fee?
No. Every plan here adds the state's $100 plus a service fee on top, even the plans priced at nothing. The totals on this page include $100 but not the service fee, whose amount the state portal doesn't give.1
Which LLC service is cheapest in Oklahoma?
Inc Authority Free LLC has the lowest totals, $100 in the first year and $25 in the second. Its agent then renews at $249/year unless cancelled. Northwest Registered Agent follows at $139, with an agent renewing at $125/yr.2, 6
Will a service file my yearly Oklahoma certificate?
Some plans list yearly report filing, including Tailor Brands Elite and ZenBusiness Premium, and others sell it separately. None of their pages names Oklahoma's certificate, so ask before relying on it. The $25 state fee is extra either way.1
What does an Oklahoma LLC cost in the second year with a service?
It's the $25 state fee plus the plan's renewal, if the plan renews. That gives $274 for Tailor Brands Elite and $25 for LegalZoom Managed Service. Agent renewals and trial items that keep billing come on top.1
Can a service get my Oklahoma LLC approved faster?
A service can prepare and submit your filing quickly; Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness state 1 business day. The facts we hold for Oklahoma show no paid state rush option, so no rush fee is added to any total here.
Do I need to pay for a registered agent in Oklahoma?
Not always. Oklahoma lets a resident or the LLC itself serve, as long as the registered office is open during regular business hours to accept service of process. Owners who can't meet that can pay an agent service instead.14
