InCorp Services LLC pricing (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 14, 2026.

InCorp Services charges $99 for its only LLC plan, the LLC Formation Service, paid once with the state's fee added at cost. Nothing in the plan renews, so InCorp's plan cost for the first and second year together stays $99. The common extras are priced separately: a registered agent at $129/yr, an EIN at $69 and annual report filing at $89 plus state fees.1, 2, 3, 4

What does the InCorp LLC plan cost and include?

There is one price point, $99, and InCorp describes it as its preparation-and-filing fee. The state's charge sits outside it.1

LLC Formation Service

$99

one-time

Processing: 1 to 2 business days before state submission

  • Live chat and phone support included with every service
  • business name verification
  • compliance monitoring access
  • basic operating agreement templates

The card lists four items, each with no time limit. No clock appears on any of them, because InCorp names no item that is free for a trial and billed later.

For the money, the order gets Articles of Organization preparation, business name verification, compliance monitoring access, basic operating agreement templates and phone and chat support. Our rating compares this plan, the LLC Formation Service, and counts 1 of its items toward the services we score; the plan rates 7.0 out of ten. The InCorp review explains what each item does and where the list comes from.5

What the add-ons cost

The agent, the EIN and annual report filing are each priced apart from the plan.

Add-onInCorp priceBilling
Registered agent$129/yr2Yearly until cancelled
EIN service$693Not stated
Annual report filing$89 + state fees4Not stated

An order with the plan, the agent and the EIN comes to three InCorp charges before the state fee. The agent can't be skipped unless the LLC names someone else; every LLC needs an agent in its state.

What does InCorp cost in the second year?

The formation fee is not charged again. Year two costs only the InCorp services still running, such as the registered agent and, if bought, report filing.

The agent renews for a flat $129 per year, by InCorp's account on its agent page. Its terms of service set the renewal at the "then current" fee instead, and they keep the service and its charges running until the owner meets a cancellation condition, such as naming a new agent with the state.6

Annual report filing is listed at $89 + state fees, and our record notes that it is not in the LLC Formation Service. InCorp doesn't publish whether that price is charged per filing or as a yearly service. Whether a state requires a report each year, every other year or not at all depends on the state, so year two may have no report charge at all. Each state's schedule is on its page, for example Texas LLC requirements.4

The agent page also shows lower yearly rates for longer prepaid agent terms, which its table labels "per year, prepaid term". Prepaying moves the cost into year one, and InCorp's terms treat discounted services as nonrefundable. Other refunds must be requested within 60 days of issuance of services.2, 7

How much does InCorp charge to file faster?

InCorp's fees page lists two paid speed-ups, an Expedited Service fee and a Rush fee, each with no stated turnaround.

The InCorp review lists the amount of each in its section on filing speed, next to InCorp's stated processing time. With no turnaround published for either fee, our record can't say what they buy in days.

Standard handling is 1-2 business days before state submission, as InCorp describes it. For the rush option, InCorp adds, "Any state expedite fee is charged in addition." The LLC timeline guide shows how each state's review adds to the wait.5, 8

Are state fees included in InCorp's price?

No. InCorp's price is its own fee, and your state's fee is added at cost. The state filing fee depends on where you form, and the median across the states we track is $100.1

That fee is paid once at formation. Recurring state charges, such as a yearly report fee or franchise tax, also sit outside InCorp's prices, including its report service, which charges $89 + state fees. The state fee table lists every state, and the LLC cost calculator adds a provider's plan to a state's fee.4

InCorp Services pricing questions

Is the InCorp registered agent included in the price?

No. The formation plan lists no agent, and InCorp sells one at $129/yr. It keeps billing yearly until you name a new agent or meet another cancellation condition in InCorp's terms.2

Does InCorp charge anything after the first year?

Not for the formation itself. A registered agent bought from InCorp renews each year, and annual report filing, if ordered, is listed at $89 + state fees.4

How much is an EIN from InCorp?

The EIN service is $69 and is not in the formation plan. The IRS issues EINs directly to owners who apply themselves; the EIN guide covers that route.3

Does InCorp have any free trial items that bill later?

None that our record shows. InCorp's plan card names four items with no time limit, so no trial charge follows the plan price.

Is the state fee part of InCorp's price?

No. InCorp's site says your state's fee is added at cost, on top of its own fee. See what an LLC costs for the state side.1
