Bizee charges $0 for Basic, $199 for Standard and $299 for Premium, each paid once and each before the state filing fee. No package bills a yearly plan fee. The later charges come from the registered agent, free for the first year and then $149/year, and from a virtual address that is $29/month after a free month if kept.1, 2, 3
What do Bizee's three packages cost, and what do they include?
The three prices differ by what is bundled and by stated speed, from 4 to 6 weeks on Basic down to approximately 4 business days on Premium.4
The cards list every item Bizee names for each package. A clock marks the ones that are free only for a set period.

Basic is the state filing with the first-year agent, a free month of the virtual address, a dashboard, a banking offer, a tax consultation and the S-Corp election filing. It has no EIN and no operating agreement. Bizee sells the EIN for $70 and the operating agreement for $99, so a Basic order with both still lands below Standard's price but keeps Basic's slower stated time and leaves out the alerts and support line.4, 5
Standard at $199 folds in the EIN, the operating agreement, compliance alerts and phone and email support. Bizee says its stated time includes expedited filing.1, 4
Premium at $299 adds expedited filing, contract templates, a domain with business email, and a business phone line with an AI employee. The order page shows the templates as a $150 add-on, though it displays that price inconsistently across packages.1, 4
Our rating compares Premium, which keeps 5 of the services we count for good and rates 8.0 out of ten. The Bizee review covers who each package suits.
What does Bizee cost in the second year?
No Bizee package renews. Bizee puts it plainly: "our formation fee is one-time". Year two is made up of the services you kept from the first year.4
Basic: None (one-time)
Standard: None (one-time)
Premium: None (one-time)
The registered agent is the main one. It is included free for the first year and renews annually, at $149/year. An owner who keeps it pays that every year after the first, on any package.2, 4
The virtual address is free for the first month and optional after that. Kept, it bills $29/month for as long as the LLC uses it, which can outrun the package price within the year. Premium's business phone line is free for the first year, and Bizee doesn't publish the later price. It also says, "Offer valid only for US-based clients."3, 4
Across the first and second year, our figure for Premium is $299. That figure is the package price alone. It leaves out the agent renewal, the address and the state's fees.
Annual report filing is a separate service. Bizee's page calls it a "Transparent Flat Fee" but publishes no amount, so we can't add it to the second-year bill.6
Does Bizee charge for faster filing?
Premium includes expedited filing in its price, and Bizee states approximately 4 business days for it, adding "we file within one business day of your order". Standard's stated time of approximately 2 weeks also includes expedited filing by Bizee's account.4
Basic has no expedite in the package. Bizee's FAQ says, "You can add individual features like an EIN, operating agreement, or expedited filing from your dashboard after checkout." It doesn't publish what that add-on costs or how fast it is.4
Bizee doesn't say how much of each stated time is the state's own review, and some states charge their own expedite fee. The LLC timeline guide covers state review times.
How much is Bizee's registered agent after the free year?
The agent costs $149/year once the free year ends. Every package includes that first year, so the charge starts in year two.2
To stop paying, Bizee's terms call for assigning a new registered agent with state and notifying Bizee of the change. Bizee may renew the agent if that notice hasn't arrived by the expiration date.7
Refunds on orders are narrow. Bizee says they are generally refundable until payment is forwarded to any government entity, typically within twenty-four hours after an order is placed. The registered agent included list compares agent prices across providers.7
Are state fees included in Bizee's prices?
No. Each package is quoted plus the state filing fee, which varies by state. The median state LLC filing fee across the states we track is $100.
Yearly state charges, such as an annual report fee or franchise tax, are outside every package as well. The state fee table lists each state, and the cost calculator combines a package with a state.
The package fee is $0, but the state still charges its filing fee. Basic leaves out the EIN and operating agreement, which add $70 and $99. The agent then costs $149/year from the second year if you keep it.1, 2, 4, 5
What does Bizee charge after the first year?
The package itself charges nothing more. A kept registered agent bills $149/year, and a kept virtual address bills $29/month. State report fees and taxes are separate.2, 3
Is Bizee Standard cheaper than Basic with add-ons?
No. Basic plus the EIN at $70 and the operating agreement at $99 costs less than Standard at $199. Standard adds compliance alerts and a support line, and states approximately 2 weeks against 4 to 6 weeks on Basic.1, 4, 5
Does Bizee charge for its annual report service?
Bizee sells annual report filing but doesn't publish a price for it, and no package includes it. The state's report fee, where one applies, is charged as well. See what an LLC costs for state report fees.
Can I get my money back from Bizee?
Bizee says orders are generally refundable until payment is forwarded to any government entity, typically within twenty-four hours after an order is placed. Once the state fee has been paid, a refund is generally no longer available.7
