All-in-one LLC and business platforms (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

Tailor Brands and LegalZoom each sell 9 of the 10 business service types we track, and both have an online dashboard; Tailor Brands comes first on our rating. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness follow with 7 each. A type counts when the provider sells it in any plan or as an add-on, so a high count means more is available under one account, not that a plan includes it all.

How is the all-in-one list ordered?

Providers are ranked by how many of the tracked business service types they sell. Ties go to the one with an online dashboard, then to the higher rating on our method.

The dashboard rule decides one placement. BizFilings and Inc Authority both sell 4 types, and Inc Authority rates higher at 7.1, but it doesn't publish an online dashboard, so BizFilings comes first.

Everywhere else the rating breaks ties. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness share a rating of 8.0, so editorial order puts Bizee (formerly Incfile) first. Of the three providers at 6 types, Swyft Filings rates 7.7, doola 7.2 and Northwest Registered Agent 6.9.

Which business services does the count include?

The count covers 10 broad types of service a new LLC may buy at or after formation. One sale in a type is enough to count it.

The two leaders each miss one type, and not the same one. Tailor Brands lists no attorney access, and its business address comes as a separate Virtual Address product (price not published). LegalZoom offers unlimited 30-minute attorney consultations on its top plan, Expert Service, but lists no business address or mail service.1, 2

The two at 7 types split differently too. Bizee (formerly Incfile) sells a virtual address at $29/month but lists no bookkeeping, attorney access or funding search. ZenBusiness sells bookkeeping at $30/month but lists no business address, attorney access or funding search.3, 4

Some providers state what they don't do. InCorp Services notes that "InCorp is not a CPA firm" and that "InCorp is not a law firm", and it sells 3 types.5, 6

Is a service sold the same as a service included?

No. The count measures what you can buy from one provider, while each plan includes only some of it for good. The rest is an add-on, a trial or a partner offer with its own price.

The plans we compare show the gap. By our count of plan contents, Tailor Brands Elite includes 7 services for good, ZenBusiness Premium includes 6 and LegalZoom Managed Service includes 4. The package contents guide breaks down which services plans keep and which they only lend.

Several services arrive through a partner or start billing later.

A partner service can still be convenient. It is a different arrangement from one the provider runs itself, and its terms come from the partner.

What does the online dashboard add?

At the providers that describe one, the dashboard is where documents and alerts are posted. All but one provider on this list publish one.

They go by different names. Tailor Brands describes an LLC dashboard with new-document notifications, and Harbor Compliance names a Client Portal and Entity Manager. Inc Authority is the exception: it sells 4 service types but doesn't publish an online dashboard for them.1, 12

What does the all-in-one count leave out?

The count says how many kinds of service a provider sells. It doesn't say what they cost, how well they work or whether you need them, and we don't use the services ourselves.

Breadth and the dashboard together make one of the three parts of our rating. Tailor Brands and LegalZoom both score 9.2 on that part, against 3.2 for Inc Authority. The other parts, customer satisfaction and plan value, can reverse the picture, which is why the Tailor Brands and LegalZoom comparison and the LegalZoom and Rocket Lawyer comparison set the whole rating side by side.

If you need only a formation filing, breadth adds little; the cheapest plans list and the most complete plans under a set price answer other questions. For support aimed at a first business, see the first-time founders list.

All-in-one LLC platforms, answered

What is an all-in-one LLC platform?

It is a provider that sells many of the services an LLC needs after formation, such as tax help, a website, banking help and annual report filing, under one account. We count 10 such types and rank providers by how many each one sells.

Which LLC providers sell the most business services?

Tailor Brands and LegalZoom each sell 9 of the 10 types we track. Tailor Brands lists no attorney access and LegalZoom lists no business address service. The LegalZoom review lists what each of its plans includes.

Does an all-in-one platform include everything in one plan?

No. The count includes services sold as add-ons, trials and partner offers. Check which services a plan keeps for good on the plans page before comparing totals.

Which provider has no online dashboard?

Inc Authority is the only provider here that doesn't publish one, which places it below BizFilings despite a higher rating. Its plans and prices are on the Inc Authority review.

How do Bizee and ZenBusiness compare on services sold?

Both sell 7 of the tracked types and share a rating of 8.0. Bizee (formerly Incfile) sells a business address and ZenBusiness sells bookkeeping; the ZenBusiness and Bizee comparison covers the rest.
