InCorp Services LLC formation review (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

InCorp Services sells a single LLC Formation Service at $99 plus the state fee, paid once. It prepares the Articles of Organization, checks the name and adds basic operating agreement templates; a registered agent ($129/year), an EIN ($69) and annual report filing ($89 plus state fees) are each bought apart. InCorp says it typically processes an order in 1-2 business days before state submission. Our rating gives it 7.0 out of ten.1, 2, 3, 4, 5

How does InCorp Services score on our rating?

InCorp Services rates 7.0 out of ten. Customer satisfaction is its strongest part at 9.4, while services and dashboard (4.4) and plan value (4.9) pull the total down.

The satisfaction part rests on a Trustpilot score of 4.7 / 5 drawn from 95 reviews. A few new reviews can move a count that size.6

The BBB lists InCorp as A+, accredited, with accreditation dating from 5/20/2011.7

Plan value weighs what a plan keeps for good alongside its cost and stated speed. On contents, the LLC Formation Service keeps 1 of the services our method counts, the operating agreement templates. The name check and support line are not on that list. The services part is held back because InCorp sells 3 of the 10 business service types we track. The rating method shows the weights and the tie rule.

Who is InCorp Services a fit for?

InCorp fits a founder who wants the state filing prepared for one fixed fee and plans to pick each extra separately, especially one who already has an agent, an EIN or an accountant lined up.

The single plan keeps the order simple. There is no tier to compare and no item inside the price that starts billing later. The plan is $99 across the first and second year because it never renews.

Other readers may find it thin.

For founders living outside the United States, InCorp's knowledge base says its formation and compliance services can support international founders establishing a U.S. business presence. That article is general, and our record has no InCorp statement on getting an EIN without a Social Security number. The list for non-U.S. founders shows providers that publish one.10

What is in the InCorp LLC Formation Service?

The plan covers Articles of Organization preparation, business name verification, compliance monitoring access, basic operating agreement templates and phone and chat support. Every one of those is listed without a time limit.2

Most of that list comes from an InCorp knowledge-base article comparing itself with another provider, not from the LLC order page. The order page itself states the price and that "Live chat and phone support included with every service."1

"Compliance monitoring access" needs a closer read. The article doesn't say what it monitors. Due-date reminders by email come with the registered agent service, which is sold apart, and InCorp's other monitoring product, per our record, is EntityWatch®, identity-theft monitoring. Our record shows no deadline alerts for a plan buyer who skips the agent.11

What the plan leaves out is the longer list, and each piece has its own price. An EIN costs $69, and InCorp prepares the IRS forms or obtains the number for you. Annual report filing is $89 + state fees; once bought, InCorp says Filing Experts contact you before each due date. Each line and its renewal are set out on the InCorp pricing page, and the package contents guide explains which services other plans fold in.4, 5

What renews with InCorp, and how do you cancel?

The formation fee does not renew. The registered agent, sold separately, is billed yearly and keeps billing until one of InCorp's cancellation conditions is met.

InCorp's terms say "You will continue to incur fees" while it remains the agent. To stop the charge, the terms require one of three conditions (dissolve entity, appoint new agent, or resign InCorp with fees) before the annual fee is due. State pages such as forming an LLC in Texas explain how a new agent is named with the state.12

Refund requests must reach InCorp within 60 days of issuance of services. Discounted services are nonrefundable under the same terms. InCorp's agent page sells multi-year terms at lower yearly rates, labeled "per year, prepaid term", and our record treats those as discounted.3, 12

Annual report filing is a separate order at $89 plus the state fee. Once it is bought, InCorp says Filing Experts contact you before each due date, but our record doesn't say whether the $89 is charged per filing or as a yearly fee.5

InCorp lists its support as "Phone and live chat" and adds "Se habla español"; hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm PST. The page has no email address listed, though it does carry a 'Send a message' form. InCorp has been in business since 1998 and lists its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada.13, 14

How fast does InCorp Services file an LLC?

InCorp gives 1-2 business days before state submission as its own preparation time before the filing reaches the state. The same article says, "Standard processing takes 7-15 business days," and that longer figure includes the state's review.2

InCorp's fees page lists two paid speed-ups, an Expedited Service fee and a Rush fee, priced in the list above. For the rush option it adds, "Any state expedite fee is charged in addition." The page names no turnaround for either, so our record can't say how many days they save. How long each state takes is on its state page and in the LLC timeline guide, and the fastest filing list orders plans by stated speed.15

How much is the InCorp registered agent?

The InCorp registered agent costs $129/year and is not part of the formation plan. InCorp covers All 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and says the yearly fee has increased exactly once since 1998.3, 11

InCorp Services lists its registered agent service at $129/year, renewing at $129 per year flat rate (ToS: 'then current' fee). Every LLC needs a registered agent in its state; plans that include one say so above.

A registered agent receives lawsuits and state notices for the LLC at an address on the public record. With InCorp, legal documents are scanned and delivered the same day they arrive; our record adds, "Legal documents only, not general mail." Agent customers also get InCorp's Entity Management System (EMS), a free online dashboard, and email reminders before anything comes due.11

The renewal figure in InCorp's terms is the "then current" fee rather than a fixed price, so the flat rate appears on its agent page but not in the terms. Like any agent, InCorp's address replaces yours only in the agent field; the state may still publish an organizer or office address. Providers that bundle an agent into the plan are on the registered agent included list.11

How does InCorp Services compare with other services?

Northwest also bills its formation fee once, at $39 + state fees; the Northwest vs InCorp comparison sets their agent terms and plan contents side by side.16

InCorp Services questions

Does InCorp include a registered agent with LLC formation?

No. The LLC Formation Service lists no agent, and InCorp sells the service at $129/year. It keeps billing yearly until you meet a cancellation condition, such as naming a new agent with the state.3

Is the InCorp operating agreement drafted for my LLC?

InCorp includes basic operating agreement templates, which you fill in yourself. Our record describes them as templates, not an agreement drafted for your company. In InCorp's words, "InCorp is not a law firm", and it gives no legal advice.2, 8

Does InCorp file annual reports for you?

Only if you buy its Annual Report Filing service, at $89 plus the state fee. It is not in the formation plan. Agent customers get email reminders before reports and franchise tax come due.5

How do you get an EIN through InCorp?

InCorp sells an EIN service at $69; it prepares the IRS forms or obtains the number for you. The formation plan doesn't include it. The EIN guide covers applying with the IRS directly.4

Can I get a refund from InCorp Services?

InCorp's terms require refund requests within 60 days of issuance of services. Discounted services, such as prepaid agent terms, are nonrefundable.12

Is InCorp Services a good fit for non-U.S. founders?

InCorp's knowledge base says its formation and compliance services can support international founders, but it doesn't spell out how orders from abroad work. Our record has no InCorp statement on an EIN without a Social Security number, so that question is one to put to InCorp's support line.
