What do Swyft Filings' rush options cost?
Swyft sells two speed-ups. Express processing is $50 on Basic, with no stated time, and same-day processing is $100 on Basic or Standard and included in Premium.1
So a Standard order with same-day costs $199 plus $100, which matches Premium's $299. Swyft doesn't say whether its stated times include the state's review. The state sets its own review time and sometimes its own expedite fee, explained in how long LLC approval takes.1
How much is Swyft's registered agent per year?
No tier lists the agent, and Swyft bills it at $149 per quarter, or $596/year. The checkout line reads, "You will be charged for Registered Agent ($149/quarter) in 90 days."3
That yearly sum is more than the plan price of any Swyft tier. Ending it has a precondition, because a replacement agent must be designated (or business dissolved) before cancellation. Plans from other providers that include an agent are on the registered agent included list.6
Does the Swyft Filings price include state fees?
No. Every tier is quoted with state fees on top, and the amount depends on the state. The median state LLC filing fee across the states we track is $100, and each state's fee is in the state fee table.
