What does each Inc Authority plan cost?

Free LLC is the only Inc Authority tier with a published price, so it is the only card below.

The plan is billed once at $0. Inc Authority's own line is "Pay only state filing fees", which holds for the formation step itself. Two items on the card carry a later bill. The plan includes 1-year of FREE Registered Agent Service by Inc Authority ($249 value), and the website is a FREE Custom Website that is followed by a monthly fee.^{1, 3, 4}

Inc Authority sells two bundles above Free LLC, STARTER and FAST TRACK. Neither has a price on its website, so we can't list what they cost or compare them with other providers' tiers.

What does Inc Authority cost in the second year?

The formation fee never repeats, so the second-year bill comes from whatever was kept: the registered agent at $249/year and the website at an unpublished monthly rate.²

The agent charge arrives on its own schedule. "Your card will be charged ($249) approximately 1-year from date of incorporation." To stop it, Inc Authority's order page says "Cancel within the first 12-months to avoid charges." Its terms add that "The cost of your subscription is subject to change" and allow a $50 late penalty when a renewal payment is missed.^{3, 5}

The website works differently. Inc Authority's service page reads "Your monthly website fee is contract-free", but nowhere gives the amount, so a full second-year figure for a buyer who keeps the site can't be built from published prices.⁴

Across the first and second year, our figure for Free LLC is $0 before state fees. That figure counts the plan only. A buyer who keeps the agent past the first year adds $249/year each year from then on.²

How much is Inc Authority's rush filing?

Free LLC lists FREE 24-Hr Processing at no extra charge. Inc Authority's FAQ separately describes a Premium Rush Service, under which an order is submitted within 24 hours during business hours, without a price or a note on whether it is the same as the free processing.^{1, 6}

The packages page also lists Expedite Filing as an add-on for the STARTER bundle, without a price. Inc Authority's stated time is 24 hours on the free plan; the state's review comes after that, and some states sell their own faster handling. The LLC timeline guide covers the state side.^{1, 7}

What do Inc Authority's add-ons cost?

Our record has published prices for three Inc Authority add-ons, covering the EIN, a custom operating agreement and a business advisor service.

Inc Authority's registration page advertises a "FREE Business Tax ID" with the LLC, but our verified plan record doesn't list the EIN among the plan items, so the table shows the $49 stand-alone price. The advisor service is a yearly charge. A refund on the first online purchase can be asked for within the first 60 days of that purchase, less state/third-party filing fees.^{5, 8}

Are state fees included in Inc Authority's prices?

No. Every Inc Authority price above is before the state filing fee, and what the state charges depends on where the LLC is formed.
