Best LLC services in Nevada (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

Tailor Brands is first on our rating for a Nevada LLC, at 8.7, and its Elite plan totals $324 in year one with the $75 articles fee. The lowest first-year figure belongs to Inc Authority, at $75. Every total on this page leaves out two charges Nevada collects at formation from any filer, the Initial List of Managers or Members ($150) and the $200 State Business License fee.1, 2

How are the Nevada LLC services ordered?

Providers appear by our rating, highest first. Where two share a rating, they keep our editorial order.

The rating combines customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value, and none of those parts changes from state to state. What does change is the money column. For Nevada, each first-year figure is the plan we compare plus the $75 fee for the Articles of Organization.1

There are two ties. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness share 8.0, and BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer share 6.8. The rating method gives the weights.

Ordered by our rating, highest first; ties in our editorial order. Totals add the Nevada state fees to each provider's compared plan.

Second year: the recurring Nevada report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.

The second-year column adds the $150 annual list fee to each plan's renewal. It does not add the yearly business license fee, which Nevada collects with the list, so every second-year figure is short by that amount. Plans that bill once, such as Bizee (formerly Incfile) Premium, show only the state fee in year two. Plans that renew show their renewal on top: Tailor Brands reaches $399 and doola $447.3

Before any state fee, the plan alone across both years comes to $498 for Tailor Brands, $598 for ZenBusiness and $249 for LegalZoom. The list ranked by cost across both years orders every provider by its own figure over both years.

Which Nevada LLC service fits which need?

The picks below come from published facts, one per need, and the notes under them say where Nevada's rules change the picture. None of them suits every founder.

Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.

Lowest cost in Nevada

Inc Authority Free LLC comes to $75 in year one, the articles fee alone, and it also has the lowest total across both years. The plan bundles a registered agent at no charge for year one; after that the agent bills $249/year automatically until you cancel. Inc Authority describes its refund policy as a 60-day money-back guarantee on initial online purchase, less state/third-party filing fees. Second on first-year cost is Northwest Registered Agent, at $114, and its bundled agent costs $125/yr from year two.4, 5, 6

Neither price changes what Nevada itself charges. At formation you still pay the initial list and business license, and from year two the list and license come back every year. The cheapest services list orders providers by plan price nationally, and the Inc Authority profile lists what it sells as add-ons.

Fastest stated filing

Tailor Brands states 1 business day on its compared plan, ZenBusiness states 1 business day, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. Swyft Filings states 3 business days on its compared plan and lists Same-day processing (included) on its Premium tier, marked with an asterisk the page doesn't explain.7

Those times cover the provider's work. Nevada's review is separate, and the state sells its own expedite per item at 24-hour $125, 2-hour $500 or 1-hour $1,000 per item. Bizee (formerly Incfile) lists Expedited Filing in its compared plan; the item as listed doesn't say whether it covers a Nevada expedite fee. The fastest services list and the timeline guide explain the difference.1, 8

First-time founders

We count three supports here: the annual filing done for you, coaching from a person, and AI guidance. Tailor Brands includes all three supports: mandatory report filing on Essential and Elite, coaching from a business trainer giving one-on-one guidance, and its Navi assistant, built into every plan. ZenBusiness includes all three supports, with filing of state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium, Personal Velo AI guidance, and an advisor consultation on Premium only. doola includes two of the three supports; its Annual State Report Filing sits on the higher plans, and Starter does not include ongoing compliance filings.9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14

In Nevada the yearly filing is the annual list together with the business license renewal. That makes the filing support worth checking closely here, because it recurs every year from the anniversary month. The first-time founders list shows each provider's supports.

One provider for what comes after formation

Tailor Brands sells 9 of the 10 business service types we track, as does LegalZoom (9). Bizee (formerly Incfile) sells 7, and ZenBusiness sells 7. The count is national, so it says nothing extra about Nevada. The all-in-one platforms list has the full order.

Registered agent included

Under NRS 77.300, a Nevada agent needs "An actual street address or rural route box number in this State". Some plans include an agent for a while.15

Outside a plan, Tailor Brands charges $199/year for its agent service, while ZenBusiness gives 50% off the first year ($99) to customers who form with it. See the registered agent included list.20, 21

Founders outside the U.S.

doola says it can help a non-resident without a US SSN. LegalZoom's page for Australian founders lists an EIN filed without a Social Security number, included in Pro and Premium; those plan names differ from the U.S. plans in the table. Tailor Brands has a separate sign-up flow for non-US citizens; its pages don't say who qualifies. The non-U.S. founders list has the rest.22, 23, 24

Which Nevada fees does every new LLC pay?

Nevada charges the $75 articles fee, the Initial List of Managers or Members ($150) and the $200 State Business License fee to every new LLC, whether the owner files or a service does. No plan we compare includes them.1, 2

The table lists the recurring charge as the list fee. In practice the yearly bill is that fee plus the $200 State Business License fee, due by the end of the anniversary month. Late filing adds a $75 late fee on the list and a $100 State Business License late fee.1, 25

The Commerce Tax is the other state cost to know about. It applies only if Nevada gross revenue exceeds $4 million in a fiscal year, and the state's page describes it for businesses generally. An accountant can confirm whether it applies.26

Who files the Nevada annual list, and what does it ask for?

Annual report filing in a plan's feature list may or may not reach Nevada's combined list and license renewal. The provider pages we cite don't say either way, so ask before you rely on it.

The options differ in how they charge. Tailor Brands Elite lists mandatory report filing, and ZenBusiness Premium lists state-required annual reports. LegalZoom lists a separate Compliance Filings subscription with initial report filing and auto-filing of annual reports, which starts at $199/year. Swyft Filings includes a ComplianceGuard trial in every plan, then $199/year auto-charged unless cancelled. Harbor Compliance charges $199 per state per year plus filing fees.9, 12, 27, 28, 29

The list gives the names and addresses of managers or managing members. A commercial agent changes only the agent's address on filings (Northwest Registered Agent says Northwest's address is listed on public filings instead of the owner's); the managers and members are still named on the list.25, 30

Watch the trial items as well. Tailor Brands Elite bills $39/month for bookkeeping once its trial ends, and LegalZoom says its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days. The LegalZoom pricing page and the Tailor Brands profile list what bills after each trial.31, 32

Can you form a Nevada LLC without a service?

Yes. Owners can file directly with the state and pay only its fees. Online (via nvsos.gov) filing is open, and the form can also go in by mail or in person. A service adds preparation, sometimes an agent or EIN, and its own price.1

Doing it yourself means choosing a Nevada registered agent, filing the initial list and business license with the articles, and remembering the list every year in your anniversary month. The Nevada formation guide covers each filing in order, and the cost calculator shows what a plan adds to the state fees.

Nevada LLC service questions

Do LLC services include the Nevada state fees?

No. Every plan we compare adds the $75 articles fee, and the initial list and business license fees on top of that. The first-year totals on this page include only the articles fee.1

Which service is cheapest for a Nevada LLC?

Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total at $75, the articles fee alone. Its agent renews at $249/year after the first year unless cancelled. Northwest Registered Agent is next at $114.4

Will a service file my Nevada annual list?

Some plans list annual report filing. Tailor Brands Elite lists mandatory report filing, and ZenBusiness Premium lists state-required annual reports. Their pages don't say whether that covers the business license renewal filed with the list, so confirm it. The list is due by the end of your anniversary month.9, 12

What does a Nevada LLC cost in its second year with a service?

It is the $150 list fee, the $200 State Business License fee, any plan or agent renewal, and trial items that started billing. The second-year column above counts the list fee and plan renewal only.3, 25

Can a service get my Nevada LLC approved faster?

A service can speed up its own preparation. The state's review speeds up only with a paid expedite, starting at 24-hour $125 per item.1

Is a Nevada LLC a good choice if my business is in another state?

That depends on where the business operates, which is a question for an accountant or lawyer. An LLC doing business in another state usually registers there too, so the foreign LLC guide and the state fees table are good places to compare costs.
