Best LLC services in Wyoming (2026)
Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.
Tailor Brands comes first on our rating for a Wyoming LLC, at 8.7 out of ten; its Elite plan totals $349 in year one with the $100 state fee and $309 in year two. Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total, $100, which is the state fee alone, but its included agent then renews at $249/year. Wyoming makes online filings active right away and sells no expedited review for new LLCs, so a service's own processing time is most of the wait.1, 2
How are LLC services for Wyoming ranked?
Providers appear in order of our rating, highest first. When two share a rating, they keep our editorial order: Tailor Brands, then Bizee (formerly Incfile), then ZenBusiness, then by name.
Both totals in the table are Wyoming figures. The first-year column adds the $100 filing fee to the compared plan. The second-year column adds the state's $60 minimum license tax, paid with the annual report, to the plan's renewal. Trial items that start billing later are left out of both, and so are agent renewals that a plan doesn't bill itself.1, 3
This produces two ties. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness share 8.0, and BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer share 6.8. Our rating combines customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value, and none of those parts changes by state; how we rate gives the weights.

Second year: the recurring Wyoming report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.
Year two separates the list. Plans with a one-time fee drop to the $60 tax in Wyoming, while plans billed every year carry their price forward: Tailor Brands reaches $309, ZenBusiness $359, doola $357 and Rocket Lawyer $209. A yearly plan isn't automatically the costlier choice, though, because some one-time plans leave the registered agent to renew separately. Across both years before state fees, the compared plan alone comes to $498 for Tailor Brands and $249 for LegalZoom. The list ranked by cost across both years orders every provider that way.3
Which Wyoming LLC service fits which need?
The picks below apply to a Wyoming LLC, and each follows from a published fact. Under them, short notes cover the needs where Wyoming's rules change the answer.
- Lowest first-year total in Wyoming: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $100 with the state fee.
- Lowest two-year total in Wyoming: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $160 over two years with state fees. Full list
- Fastest filing: Tailor Brands, 1 business day stated on Elite. Full list
- Best for first-time founders: Tailor Brands, all three supports included in a plan (annual report filing, coaching, AI guidance). Full list
- Best all-in-one platform: Tailor Brands, sells 9 of the 10 business service types we track, with an online dashboard. Full list
- Best for non-U.S. founders: Tailor Brands, highest-rated provider whose own pages say it serves founders outside the U.S. Full list
Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.
Lowest cost in the first and second year
Inc Authority Free LLC costs $100 in year one and $60 in year two in our table. Its agent is free for the first year, then renews automatically each year, at $249/year, so an owner who keeps that agent pays more in year two than the column shows. Northwest Registered Agent totals $139 at the start, and its agent continues at $125/yr. Compare both on the Inc Authority profile and the cheapest services list.2, 4, 5
Fastest stated filing
In Wyoming the provider's clock is nearly the whole clock when it files online. Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness each state 1 business day on their compared plans, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. Bizee (formerly Incfile) lists Expedited Filing in its compared plan, but the state's own rush service is not available for initial formations, so that item can't buy faster state review here. The fastest services list orders every provider by stated time.6, 7
Registered agent for owners outside Wyoming
An individual agent must be someone who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office, so an owner living elsewhere usually needs a commercial registered agent (Wyo. Stat. § 17-28-101). These plans include one for a while.8
- Bizee (formerly Incfile) includes the first year, then renews at $149/year.9
- Inc Authority includes the first year, then charges $249/year.2
- Northwest Registered Agent includes the first year, then charges $125/yr.5
- BizFilings gives 3 months free, then bills $220/yr.10, 11
- doola lists Registered Agent Service in Starter, a plan billed every year.12
Tailor Brands sells its agent on its own for $199/year, and ZenBusiness takes 50% off the first year ($99) with formation. The registered agent included list puts the cheapest first.13, 14
Founders outside the U.S.
Several providers publish something about owners abroad. doola states it accepts non-U.S. founders, and Starter includes a US business address. Swyft Filings states that non-US citizens can form a US LLC. Tailor Brands links a separate sign-up flow for non-US citizens without eligibility details. For an owner without a Social Security number, Northwest Registered Agent charges $200 for its foreign EIN service. The non-U.S. founders list has the rest.15, 16, 17, 18
First-time founders
We count three supports here: the state report filed on your behalf, coaching from a person and AI guidance. Tailor Brands includes all three supports, with mandatory report filing on its compared plan, its Business Coaching Program, and the Navi assistant, which its homepage describes with the line "Every plan comes with Navi built in." ZenBusiness includes all three supports: state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium, Personal Velo AI guidance, and a one-on-one consultation on Premium. doola includes two of the three supports, with its AI Co-Founder assistant on every plan, though Starter does not include ongoing compliance filings. See the first-time founders list.19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25
All-in-one platform
We track 10 kinds of business service. Tailor Brands and LegalZoom sell 9 each, and Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness sell 7 each. The count covers what a provider sells, not what its compared plan includes. The all-in-one list shows the full count.
What does Wyoming charge no matter who files?
Wyoming charges $100 for the Articles of Organization whoever files them, plus a credit card processing fee of 2.4% (minimum $1) of the filing fee online. No plan in the table absorbs that fee.1
- Formation filing fee: $100
- Faster state processing: $700 next business day or $1,400 same business day per document; not available for initial formations or other filings that can be completed online
- Recurring report: due First day of the anniversary month of formation, each year, $60 minimum, or $0.0002 per dollar of Wyoming assets if greater (annual report license tax)
- Optional name reservation: $60 for 120 days
The expedite line doesn't apply to new LLCs. Wyoming's rush tiers, $700 next business day and $1,400 same business day per document, are closed to a formation, and online filings are already active right away. Any rush fee a service charges for a Wyoming formation pays for its own handling, not the state's.7
The recurring cost is the license tax with the Annual Report, due on the first day of the anniversary month of formation. It is $60 or $0.0002 per dollar of Wyoming assets, whichever is greater, and it is paid with the annual report. An LLC whose report is late is administratively dissolved if not filed within 60 days. No formation service removes that tax; at most, one files the report for you.3, 26
Who files the Wyoming annual report for you?
Read the plan wording closely here, because one national subscription excludes Wyoming from its automatic filing.
LegalZoom lists a Compliance Filings subscription, but its page notes that auto-filing excludes Indiana, Maryland, Wyoming. Northwest Registered Agent files reports through a renewal service at $100 + state fees, which is more than the $60 minimum tax itself. Swyft Filings sells report filing as ComplianceGuard $199/year, and its plans start it as a 14-day free trial then auto-charged. Tailor Brands Elite lists mandatory report filing, and ZenBusiness Premium lists state-required annual reports; for a Wyoming LLC, the state tax still comes on top.3, 19, 22, 27, 28, 29
Trial items are the other surprise in year two. Tailor Brands Elite includes bookkeeping as a trial that then bills $39/month, and LegalZoom lists a note that its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days. The LegalZoom pricing page and the ZenBusiness profile list what each tier bills later.30, 31
Is filing a Wyoming LLC yourself enough?
Often, yes. Wyoming takes the Articles online or by mail, online Articles are active right away, and filing yourself costs only the $100 state fee and the card charge. Mailed Articles take up to 15 business days.1, 3
What filing yourself doesn't solve is the registered agent. If you live in Wyoming and your business office is the registered office, you can serve; if not, you'll usually pay a commercial agent anyway, which narrows the gap between doing it yourself and using a plan that includes one. You also track the anniversary-month report on your own. The Wyoming formation guide covers each filing, and the cost calculator compares plans against the state fee alone.
Questions about Wyoming LLC services
Is the Wyoming state fee included in a service's price?
No. Every plan we compare adds the $100 Wyoming fee on top. The totals on this page include it, which is why Inc Authority's first-year total of $100 equals the state fee.1
Can a service get my Wyoming LLC approved faster?
Only on its side. Wyoming's paid rush service is not available for initial formations, and online Articles are active right away. Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness state 1 business day on their compared plans.7
Do I need a Wyoming registered agent if I live in another state?
Yes. An individual agent must be someone who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office, so an owner elsewhere usually hires a commercial agent. Bizee (formerly Incfile), Inc Authority and Northwest Registered Agent include one for the first year with formation.8
What does a Wyoming LLC cost in year two?
At least the $60 license tax with the annual report, plus any plan renewal and agent renewal. Tailor Brands Elite totals $309 in year two, and one-time plans total $60 before their agent renews.3
Will a service file my Wyoming annual report?
Some will. Northwest Registered Agent charges $100 + state fees, and Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness list report filing in their compared plans. LegalZoom's auto-filing subscription notes that it excludes Wyoming.28
