Best LLC services in Oregon (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

Tailor Brands ranks first on our rating for an Oregon LLC, with 8.7, and its Elite plan totals $349 in the first year and $349 in the second with Oregon's fees. Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total, $100, which is the $100 state fee and nothing more. Oregon charges a flat $100 renewal every year, so the same state fee sits in every provider's second-year total.1

How are LLC services for Oregon ranked?

The list is ordered by our rating, highest first. Where two providers tie, they keep our editorial order: Tailor Brands, Bizee (formerly Incfile), ZenBusiness, then alphabetical by name.

Each first-year figure is the $100 Oregon filing fee plus the plan we compare. The second-year figure is the $100 renewal plus whatever that plan charges again, and it leaves out agent renewals after a free period and trial items that start billing later.1

The list has ties. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness share a rating of 8.0, and BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer share 6.8. The rating combines customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value, and none of those parts depends on the state, as how we rate explains.

Ordered by our rating, highest first; ties in our editorial order. Totals add the Oregon state fees to each provider's compared plan.

Second year: the recurring Oregon report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.

The second-year column separates one-time plans from yearly ones. Plans that charge once, such as Bizee (formerly Incfile) Premium or Northwest Registered Agent, show $100 in year two, which is only Oregon's renewal. Plans billed yearly carry their price forward: Tailor Brands Elite shows $349, ZenBusiness Premium $399 and doola Starter $397. The doola figure repeats today's plan price: its plans auto-renew at rates then in effect, and doola publishes no renewal price.2

A lower second-year number doesn't always mean a lower bill, because the one-time plans leave the renewal filing to you (or sell it separately) and several start charging for a registered agent after the first year. The yearly plans from Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness, by contrast, list annual report filing among their items, so part of their higher second-year figure pays for that service. Before state fees, the plan alone over both years costs $498 for Tailor Brands and $598 for ZenBusiness. The list ranked by cost across both years puts every provider in that order.

Which Oregon LLC service fits which need?

Each subsection below takes one need and names the published facts that separate providers on it in Oregon. The picks in the box come from the same facts, and no single provider leads on every need.

Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.

Lowest cost across both years

Inc Authority Free LLC costs $100 in the first year and $100 in the second, the Oregon fees alone. The agent it includes for the first year renews automatically at $249/year, so that charge arrives unless the agent is cancelled or replaced first. It offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on initial online purchase. Northwest Registered Agent comes next in year one at $139, and its agent renews at $125/yr. Read the Inc Authority profile and the cheapest services list for what these plans leave out.3, 4, 5

Someone to file the yearly renewal

Oregon's renewal falls on the anniversary date of the original filing, so it comes due at a different time for each LLC. These providers sell annual report filing in general; their published terms don't name Oregon's renewal, so confirm Oregon coverage before relying on one.6

None of those prices removes Oregon's own $100. Where a provider states it, that fee is billed on top.1

First-time founders

Our first-time founder count looks for a person who coaches you on the business, an AI assistant for setup questions, and an annual report that gets filed for you. That last one carries weight in Oregon, where a missed renewal can lead to dissolution. Tailor Brands covers all three supports, combining paid-plan renewal filing with its Business Coaching Program and Navi, its AI assistant, which is built into every plan. ZenBusiness also reaches all three supports, though its one-on-one consultation sits on Premium alone. doola reaches two of the three supports: an assistant called AI Co-Founder, plus renewal filing on the plans above Starter. Compare every provider on the first-time founders list.12, 13, 14, 15

Fastest stated filing

Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness each state 1 business day on their compared plans, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. That is the provider's own turnaround. Oregon's staff review of an online filing typically begins within one business day, the state publishes no total processing time, and our Oregon record lists no state rush fee to buy. The fastest services list and the formation timeline guide separate the two waits.6

A registered agent in the plan

Under ORS 63.111 the registered office must be located at a physical street address where process may be personally served on the registered agent, which a P.O. box can't satisfy, so an owner with no Oregon street address needs an agent who has one.16

Besides Inc Authority, other compared plans include an agent for a time. Bizee (formerly Incfile) covers the first year with any of its packages and then charges $149/year. Northwest Registered Agent also covers the first year, with $125/yr after that. BizFilings gives 3 months free before billing $220/yr, and doola lists registered agent service as an item of its yearly Starter plan.5, 17, 18, 19

Outside a plan, Tailor Brands prices its agent at $199/year, and ZenBusiness takes 50% off the first year ($99) when you form with it. The registered agent included list has the full order.20, 21

The best-for box also names picks for an all-in-one platform and for founders outside the U.S. Oregon's rules don't change either one, so the all-in-one platforms list and the non-U.S. founders list carry the detail.

What does Oregon charge no matter who files?

Oregon charges $100 for the Articles of Organization, $100 for each yearly renewal and $100 if you reserve a name first. These state fees come on top of any plan's price.1, 22, 23

The renewal is the cost no plan makes disappear, and missing it is worse than paying it. The Business Registry fee schedule contains no late-filing fee line for LLCs, yet failing to file the annual report when due is grounds for administrative dissolution. The state's FAQ says notices go out about 45 days before the due date.16, 22

One Oregon fee works in your favor. Changing registered agents with the Information Change form costs $0, so leaving a free-first-year agent for a cheaper one costs only the new provider's price. File the change before you cancel the old service, because Oregon can dissolve an LLC that has no agent (ORS 63.647).1, 16, 24

What should Oregon founders check before buying a plan?

Look past the first-year price to what bills later. A few items in the compared plans start charging after a trial or a free period.

The LegalZoom pricing page shows what each LegalZoom tier bills after its trial, and the ZenBusiness review covers ZenBusiness's yearly billing.

Can you form an Oregon LLC without a service?

Yes. Oregon accepts filings straight from owners through the Oregon Business Registry, by mail or at its Salem front desk, for the $100 state fee alone.1, 27

A service adds preparation and sometimes an agent, EIN or operating agreement, at its own price.

Doing it yourself leaves the agent and the renewal with you. You need a registered agent at an Oregon street address. And you need to file the renewal each year on your LLC's anniversary, using the state's notice as your reminder. The Oregon formation guide walks through each filing, and the cost calculator shows what a plan adds over the state fees.

Oregon LLC service questions

Is the Oregon filing fee included in a service's price?

Our totals add Oregon's $100 fee to every compared plan, including plans with no service charge. That is why Inc Authority's first-year total of $100 equals the state fee alone.1

Which service costs least across the first and second year in Oregon?

On plan and state fees alone, Inc Authority Free LLC is lowest, at $100 and then $100. Its agent renews at $249/year after the first year unless cancelled, and that charge isn't in those totals.4

Can a formation service handle my Oregon annual report?

Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness list annual report filing in their compared plans, and Northwest Registered Agent sells it at $100 + state fees. Their terms describe the service in general rather than Oregon's renewal by name. Oregon's $100 renewal fee is still owed, so check the provider's terms for whether it pays that fee or bills it to you.1, 9

Can a service get my Oregon LLC approved faster?

A service can shorten its own preparation, which some state as 1 business day. Oregon's staff review of an online filing typically begins within one business day, and our Oregon record lists no paid rush option from the state.6

Is it expensive to switch registered agents in Oregon later?

Not at the state level. The Information Change form costs $0, so the only cost is the new agent's price. That makes a free first-year agent less of a lock-in in Oregon.1, 24

Do I need to reserve my Oregon LLC name before choosing a service?

No, it's optional. A reservation costs $100, the same as filing the Articles of Organization, so it pays off only when the filing itself has to wait. The state fees table compares Oregon's fees with other states.22, 23
