Best LLC services in Florida (2026)
Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.
On our rating, Tailor Brands places first for a Florida LLC at 8.7 out of ten, and its Elite plan totals $374 in the first year with the $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) state fee. Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total, $125, which is the state fee alone. Florida publishes a flat annual report fee of $138.75, so each provider's second-year total can be shown too, and the state sells no rush review at any price.1
How are Florida LLC services ranked?
The table is in order of our rating, highest first. Where two providers share a rating, they stay in our editorial order.
Florida is one of the states where both columns can be filled in, because its recurring fee is a flat amount. The first-year figure adds the $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) formation fee to the compared plan, and the second-year figure adds the $138.75 annual report fee to whatever that plan renews at. Neither column counts trial items that start billing later or a registered agent that renews after a free period, and the sections below name those for each provider.1
Two pairs share a rating. Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness both sit at 8.0, and BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer both sit at 6.8. The rating blends customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value, and no part of it changes from state to state; how we rate gives the weights.

Second year: the recurring Florida report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.
The second-year column splits the list in two. Plans billed once, such as Bizee (formerly Incfile) Premium and the Managed Service plan LegalZoom lists, drop to the state's report fee of $138.75. Plans billed every year carry their price forward, which is why Tailor Brands reaches $387.75 and ZenBusiness reaches $437.75 in the second year. The two yearly plans named here both list annual report filing; the two one-time plans named here don't, so the owner files it or buys that service. The list ranked by cost across both years uses the same basis for every provider.1
Which Florida LLC service fits which need?
Each subsection below takes one need and names the published facts that separate the providers on it. The picks come from those facts alone, so a reader who weighs cost over speed may land on a different provider.
- Lowest first-year total in Florida: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $125 with the state fee.
- Lowest two-year total in Florida: Inc Authority, Free LLC, $263.75 over two years with state fees. Full list
- Fastest filing: Tailor Brands, 1 business day stated on Elite. Full list
- Best for first-time founders: Tailor Brands, all three supports included in a plan (annual report filing, coaching, AI guidance). Full list
- Best all-in-one platform: Tailor Brands, sells 9 of the 10 business service types we track, with an online dashboard. Full list
- Best for non-U.S. founders: Tailor Brands, highest-rated provider whose own pages say it serves founders outside the U.S. Full list
Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.
Lowest cost in the first and second year
Inc Authority Free LLC comes to $125 in the first year and $138.75 in the second, and its sum across both years is the lowest in Florida. The second figure leaves out its registered agent, which is free for the first year and then renews at $249/year. Its pages tell buyers, "Cancel within the first 12-months to avoid charges," so a Florida owner who means to act as their own agent or switch services has a deadline to mark. The Inc Authority profile lists what the free plan leaves out.2, 3
Northwest Registered Agent follows at $164. Its agent renews at $125/yr after the first year, and agent customers are enrolled by default in its annual report service, which files the report for $100 + state fees. In Florida that adds the $138.75 state fee on top of the service charge. The cheapest services list ranks providers by plan price nationally.1, 4, 5
Fastest stated filing
Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness both state 1 business day on their compared plans, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. None of those times covers the Division's own review.
The Florida side can't be bought down. The Division's own words are "We do not offer expedited services." Instead, the Division posts current processing dates, so the state's wait is the same whoever submits. Bizee (formerly Incfile) lists Expedited Filing in Premium, but in Florida that can only shorten Bizee's part of the process. The fastest services list and the LLC timeline guide set out both parts.6, 7, 8
First-time founders
We count three supports for founders new to this: an annual report filed for you, business coaching from a person, and AI guidance.
Tailor Brands includes all three supports. Its Essential and Elite plans list mandatory report filing, its coaching program gives one-on-one guidance with any plan, and its Navi assistant is built into every plan. ZenBusiness includes all three supports: report filing of state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium, Personal Velo AI guidance on every plan, and an advisor consultation on Premium only. doola includes two of the three supports, with Annual State Report Filing on its higher plans and an assistant called AI Co-Founder. Its report filing comes with state fees paid by customer, and neither Tailor Brands nor ZenBusiness publishes whether its plan price covers the $138.75 Florida fee. The first-time founders list breaks down each provider's supports.1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
All-in-one platform
Of the 10 business service types we track, Tailor Brands and LegalZoom each sell 9, and Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness each sell 7. That count includes paid add-ons and trials, so it tells you what a provider can sell you later, not what its plan covers now. The all-in-one platforms list orders providers by it.
Registered agent included
Every Florida LLC names an agent in the Articles, and the $25 registered agent designation is part of the state fee whether you serve yourself or hire a service. A service's agent price is separate from that.1
- Bizee (formerly Incfile): Free first year with any Bizee formation package, then $149/year.16, 17
- Northwest Registered Agent: the first year, then $125/yr.4
- BizFilings: 3 months free, then $220/yr.18, 19
- doola lists Registered Agent Service in Starter, which bills yearly.20
Tailor Brands sells its agent on its own at $199/year, and ZenBusiness offers 50% off the first year ($99) with formation. The registered agent included list compares them all.21, 22
Founders outside the U.S.
An individual agent must live in Florida, so a founder living abroad can't take the role personally. doola's own wording is that for a non-resident without a US SSN, doola can help, and its Starter plan includes a US business address. LegalZoom lists formation with no Social Security number, residency, or travel required. Tailor Brands links a separate sign-up flow for non-US citizens from its formation page but publishes no eligibility rules. The non-U.S. founders list covers every provider.23, 24, 25, 26
What does Florida charge no matter who files?
Florida charges $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) to form the LLC and $138.75 for each annual report, and the totals on this page add both on top of each plan's price. These figures are the same whether you file through a service or on your own.1
- Formation filing fee: $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation)
- Faster state processing: Not offered
- Recurring report: due January 1 to May 1 each year, $138.75
- Optional name reservation: $25
The formation fee comes in two parts, a $100 filing fee and the $25 registered agent designation. The second part is easy to mistake for an agent service charge. It is a state fee for recording the agent's name, and it applies even when the owner is the agent.1
The late fee is the cost to plan around. A report filed after the window closes brings a $400 late fee after May 1, for a total of $538.75. A service that files the report for you can help you avoid that, and LegalZoom sells a one-time report filing at $99 + state filing fees if your plan doesn't include one. The window runs January 1 to May 1 each year.27, 28
What else changes the bill in Florida?
Trial items that bill once the free period ends are one cost the table leaves out. Optional state extras, such as a name hold, are another.
Tailor Brands Elite includes a bookkeeping trial that then bills $39/month, and LegalZoom lists that its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days. Both start billing on their own unless cancelled, and Tailor Brands' trial note adds "Cancel anytime." The LegalZoom pricing page and the Tailor Brands pricing page set out what each tier bills later.29, 30
Name reservation is another small extra. Florida charges $25 to hold a name, and it's optional for anyone, service or not.1
Can you form a Florida LLC without a service?
Yes. Florida takes the Articles of Organization straight from owners through Sunbiz or the mail, and also offers walk-in service in Tallahassee. The cost is the $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) state fee alone.1, 31
Doing it yourself puts two jobs on you. You need an agent who meets Fla. Stat. § 605.0113, which allows an individual who resides in this state and whose business address is identical to the address of the registered office, and you need to file the annual report inside the window each year. A service can take over either job for a price shown above. The Florida formation guide covers each filing step by step, and the cost calculator shows what a plan adds over the state fees in each year.32
Florida LLC service questions
Does any service include the Florida state fee in its price?
Not in the figures on this page. The totals in the table add the $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) Florida fee to every plan, including plans priced at zero. Inc Authority's free plan says "Pay only state filing fees," which is why it shows $125.1, 33
Can a service get my Florida LLC approved faster?
Only on its own side. The Division states that it sells no faster review ("We do not offer expedited services."), so the state's review takes the same time whoever files. A service's stated speed covers how fast it prepares and submits the Articles.6
Will a service file my Florida annual report?
Some plans include it. Tailor Brands lists mandatory report filing on Essential and Elite, and ZenBusiness lists state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium. Northwest Registered Agent sells it at $100 + state fees, and the $138.75 state fee is due either way.1, 5, 9, 12
What does a Florida LLC cost in the second year with a service?
The state's report fee of $138.75 plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. That puts Inc Authority at $138.75 and Tailor Brands Elite at $387.75. Agent renewals after a free period and trial items come on top.1
Which service is cheapest for a Florida LLC?
Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total, $125, and the lowest sum across both years, with $138.75 in the second. Its registered agent renews at $249/year after the first year unless cancelled. Northwest Registered Agent is next in the first year at $164.2
Do I still pay the registered agent part of the fee if a service is my agent?
Yes. The $25 registered agent designation is a state charge included in $125 ($100 filing fee + $25 registered agent designation) for every new Florida LLC. The service's own agent price, or its free period, is separate.1
