Best LLC services in Arizona (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

Tailor Brands is first on our rating, at 8.7 out of ten, and for an Arizona LLC its Elite plan costs $299 in year one including the $50.00 Arizona Corporation Commission fee, then $249 in year two. Inc Authority has the lowest first-year total, $50, which is the filing fee by itself. Arizona charges LLCs $0 for a yearly report, so year two in this state is the plan and agent renewals and nothing more from the state.1, 2

How is the Arizona list ordered?

Our rating sets the order, from highest to lowest. When two providers have the same rating, the one earlier in our editorial order goes first.

The money columns are Arizona figures. The first-year column is the compared plan plus the $50.00 fee for the Articles of Organization (Form L010). Because Arizona has no recurring report fee, the second-year column is simply what the plan itself bills again. In states with an annual report or franchise tax, that column also carries a state charge, and in a few it can't be totaled at all.1, 3

Bizee (formerly Incfile) and ZenBusiness are tied at 8.0. BizFilings and Rocket Lawyer are tied lower down at 6.8. Customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value make up each score, and none of the three looks at the state; the rating method shows the weights.

Ordered by our rating, highest first; ties in our editorial order. Totals add the Arizona state fees to each provider's compared plan.

Second year: the recurring Arizona report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.

Read the zeros in the second-year column with care. A provider whose plan is a one-time charge shows nothing for year two, yet several of those plans include a statutory agent that starts billing after a free period. Inc Authority's agent then renews at $249/year, and Northwest Registered Agent's at $125/yr. Plans that bill yearly show their renewal instead: Tailor Brands Elite comes to $498 across both years before the state fee, ZenBusiness Premium to $598, and doola Starter to $594. The list ordered by cost across both years ranks every provider on that number.4, 5

Which Arizona LLC service suits which founder?

The picks below come from the same published facts used nationally. Arizona changes how some of them read, mainly because the state has no LLC annual report and has a county-based newspaper rule.

Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.

First-time founders and the missing annual report

We count three supports for a first-time founder: an annual report filed for you, business coaching from a person, and AI guidance. Tailor Brands includes all three supports. Its Essential and Elite plans list mandatory report filing, its coaching program offers a business trainer giving one-on-one guidance, and its Navi assistant is built into every plan. ZenBusiness includes all three supports, with filing of state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium, Personal Velo AI guidance, and a business advisor session that is a one-on-one consultation, Premium only. doola counts two of the three supports, with Annual State Report Filing on its higher plans and its AI Co-Founder assistant.6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

In Arizona the first of those supports has nothing to act on. The ACC says only corporations file annual reports, so a plan's report filing will sit unused here unless the company later registers in another state. Coaching and AI guidance are the parts that still apply. The first-time founders list breaks down each provider's supports.

Lowest cost in the first and second year

Inc Authority Free LLC totals $50 in the first year and $0 in the second on its plan. The agent it includes then renews at $249/year, and cancelling it may require proof of new agent or dissolution. That condition carries weight in Arizona, where it is grounds for administrative dissolution if an LLC lacks a statutory agent for 60 consecutive days. Northwest Registered Agent comes next on first-year total at $89, with its agent then at $125/yr. The cheapest services list and the Inc Authority profile cover what each leaves out.4, 5, 13, 14

Fastest stated filing

Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness each state 1 business day on their compared plans, and Inc Authority states 24 hours. That is the provider's own preparation time. The ACC's regular review comes afterwards and is typically 14-16 days; the ACC's paid expedite is what shortens that part. The fastest filing list orders providers on their stated times.2

A statutory agent in the plan

Under A.R.S. § 29-3115, the agent can be an individual resident of this state or a qualifying business entity, and any agent must have a place of business or residence in this state. An owner who lives in Arizona can therefore skip a paid agent. An owner living elsewhere can't serve as an individual, since the statute asks for an Arizona resident. The one-time plans that include an agent do so for a limited time.15

doola lists Registered Agent Service in Starter, which bills every year. Tailor Brands sells its agent on its own for $199/year, and ZenBusiness gives 50% off the first year ($99) when you form with it. The agent included list compares them all.19, 20, 21

Founders outside the U.S.

doola says it accepts non-U.S. founders, and its Starter plan includes a US business address. LegalZoom lists an EIN without a Social Security number as included in Pro and Premium. Tailor Brands links a sign-up flow for non-US citizens but publishes no eligibility terms, and Northwest Registered Agent charges $200 for an EIN without one. An owner abroad can't be the Arizona agent, so the agent price belongs in the comparison. See the non-U.S. founders list.22, 23, 24, 25

Everything from one company

Of the 10 business service types we track, Tailor Brands sells 9, LegalZoom 9, Bizee (formerly Incfile) 7 and ZenBusiness 7. The count covers every type a provider sells nationally, including ones outside its formation plans. The all-in-one list has the full order.

What will Arizona charge whichever way you file?

The ACC charges $50.00 for the Articles whether the owner or a service files them, and optional rush review is extra. A county newspaper may charge for publication on top, depending on where the statutory agent is.1

Rush review starts at $35 for typically 3-5 days, and the faster tiers are Next Day +$100, Same Day +$200 and 2-Hour +$400. The ACC will not accept same day/next day filings that are delivered via mail, so a service that files by mail can't buy those tiers for you. Bizee (formerly Incfile) lists Expedited Filing in its compared plan without saying whether that includes the ACC's fee.2, 26

Publication is an Arizona cost that none of the provider facts we track mentions. The rule calls for 3 consecutive newspaper publications in the statutory agent's county, except when the agent's street address is in Maricopa or Pima County, where the ACC posts the notice online. When a service acts as your agent, its Arizona address decides which case applies, and none of the provider facts we track gives that county. Ask before you order.27

What else to check before choosing an Arizona service

Trial items can turn a low year-two figure into a monthly bill. Tailor Brands Elite includes bookkeeping that bills $39/month once its trial ends. LegalZoom lists a note on its compared plan that its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days. Neither charge is in the table. The LegalZoom pricing page and the Tailor Brands review list each plan's trial terms.28, 29

A paid agent's Arizona address takes the place of yours in the agent field, which also decides the publication case above. The Arizona formation guide covers the agent rules, the newspaper step and changing agents in more depth.

Can you form an Arizona LLC without a service?

Yes. The ACC takes filings from owners directly by any of its methods, starting with Online (ABC system), and charges the $50.00 fee plus any rush option chosen.1, 2

An Arizona resident can also serve as the LLC's own statutory agent, which removes the agent renewals shown above.

What a do-it-yourself filer takes on is the follow-up. That means checking whether the agent's county needs newspaper notices, waiting for approval before publishing, and keeping the agent on record every year even though no report is due. The cost calculator shows how much a plan adds over the fee alone, and the state fees table compares Arizona with other states.

Arizona LLC service questions

Is the Arizona filing fee included in a service's price?

No. Each plan adds the ACC's $50.00 fee on top, including the plans with no service charge. The totals on this page already include it, which is why Inc Authority's first year is $50.1

What does an Arizona LLC cost in year two with a service?

Only what the provider bills again, since the state charges $0 for a yearly report. Tailor Brands Elite renews to $249 and ZenBusiness Premium to $299. One-time plans show nothing, but an included agent may then renew, such as Northwest Registered Agent's at $125/yr.2, 5

Does a formation service handle Arizona's newspaper publication?

None of the providers we compare publishes that it does. If the statutory agent's street address is in Maricopa or Pima County, the ACC posts the notice online and no newspaper is needed. Elsewhere, the LLC needs 3 consecutive newspaper publications in the statutory agent's county after approval.27

Is annual report filing worth paying for in Arizona?

Not for an Arizona-only LLC, because the ACC says only corporations file annual reports and the LLC report fee is $0. A plan that includes report filing may help if the company later registers in a state that has one. Coaching and AI guidance in the same plans still apply.2

Can a service get an Arizona LLC approved faster?

A service can only speed up its own preparation. The ACC's regular review is typically 14-16 days, and its paid expedite starts at $35. Next-day and same-day review can't be ordered on a mailed filing.2

Do I need to buy a statutory agent with my plan?

Not if you live in Arizona, since an Arizona resident can serve. An owner who lives elsewhere needs an Arizona resident or a qualifying business entity with a place of business in the state. The Arizona formation guide covers changing agents later.
