Best LLC services in Georgia (2026)

Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.

Tailor Brands ranks first in our rating for a Georgia LLC, at 8.7 out of ten; its Elite plan totals $359 in year one and $309 in year two with Georgia's fees. Inc Authority has the lowest totals, $110 and then $60, which are the state fees alone, though its free agent renews at $249/year. Every Georgia LLC owes the state $110 to form and $60 a year for the annual registration, whichever service it uses.1, 2, 3

How are LLC services for Georgia ranked?

Providers appear in order of our rating, highest first. Where two share a rating, they keep our editorial order: Bizee (formerly Incfile) before ZenBusiness, and BizFilings before Rocket Lawyer.

The totals are Georgia figures. Year one adds the $110 filing fee to the compared plan, and year two adds the $60 annual registration to whatever the plan renews at. Neither column counts trial items that bill later or an agent that renews after a free period. The rating's three parts, customer satisfaction, services and dashboard, and plan value, don't change by state; how we rate shows the weights.2, 3

Ordered by our rating, highest first; ties in our editorial order. Totals add the Georgia state fees to each provider's compared plan.

Second year: the recurring Georgia report fee as the state lists it (some states charge it every two years) plus the plan's renewal, if it renews. Registered agent renewals are extra unless the plan includes the agent for good.

Year two divides the list. One-time plans fall to the state fee alone, while yearly plans renew: Tailor Brands reaches $309, ZenBusiness $359 and doola $357, though doola's figure assumes today's price, since its terms say only that the plan renews at rates then in effect. Some of that renewal buys a Georgia filing: the compared plans of Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness include the annual registration (see below). The ranking by cost across both years orders every provider by the plan alone, before state fees.4

Which Georgia LLC service fits which need?

Each subsection names a need and the published fact that separates the providers on it. Read them against what you plan to buy, since the order changes from one need to the next.

Each line is decided by the published fact it names. First-time founder support counts an annual report filed for you, business coaching and AI guidance; the all-in-one count is the business service types a provider sells nationally.

Lowest cost across the first and second year

Inc Authority Free LLC is the only plan here that adds nothing to Georgia's own fees in either year: $110, then $60. Its registered agent is free for year one and then renews automatically each year at $249/year, so a founder who keeps it pays more in year two than the table shows. Northwest Registered Agent totals $149 and then $60, with its agent renewing at $125/yr. The cheapest services list has the national order.1, 5, 6

Annual registration filed for you

Georgia's yearly filing is the annual registration, so annual report filing is the plan feature to look for. The first annual registration is due in the calendar year after formation, so this is a year-two service.3

Others sell it per filing. Northwest Registered Agent charges $100 + state fees and LegalZoom $99 + state filing fees, and Bizee (formerly Incfile) sells it as well, with no standalone price stated. The state's $60 is added either way.3, 11, 12, 13

First-time founders

For a first plan we count an annual report filed for you, coaching from a person, and AI guidance. Tailor Brands includes all three supports: the filing above, its Business Coaching Program and Navi, an AI assistant built into every plan. ZenBusiness includes all three supports, with its advisor consultation on Premium only. The first-time founders list shows every provider.14, 15, 16

Fastest stated filing

Tailor Brands and ZenBusiness state 1 business day on their compared plans. That is the provider's own step. Georgia's review comes after it and takes about 7 business days online unless someone pays for expedited review, so check whether a plan's rush option includes that state fee. The fastest filing list orders providers by stated time.3

All-in-one platform

Of the 10 business service types we track, Tailor Brands sells 9. Selling a service is different from including it in a plan, and the all-in-one list shows the full count.

Founders outside the U.S.

Tailor Brands links a separate sign-up flow for non-US citizens from its formation page, without eligibility details. doola says it serves a non-resident without a US SSN as well as U.S. citizens, and LegalZoom lists EIN filing without a Social Security number as included in Pro and Premium. See the non-U.S. founders list.17, 18, 19

What does Georgia charge no matter who files?

Georgia charges $110 to form and $60 each year after, whoever files. The totals on this page add both fees to each plan's listed price.2, 3

Expedited review is where a Georgia bill can jump. Two business days +$120 is the cheapest tier, and same day +$275 and one hour +$1,200 cost more. The expedited fee is in addition to the regular filing fee. Ask a service whether its rush option pays one of those state tiers or only speeds up its own preparation.20

Lateness has a price too. A registration filed after the window brings a $25 penalty. A name reservation, at $35 for 30 days, is optional and comes before formation.2

What do plans leave out in Georgia?

Trial items bill after the trial. Tailor Brands Elite includes bookkeeping that then costs $39/month, and on its compared plan LegalZoom lists that its Business Advisor Plan auto-renews at $49/mo after 30 days.21, 22

Registered agents are the other gap. Bizee (formerly Incfile) gives one year of Registered Agent Service for free with its formation packages, then charges $149/year. Tailor Brands sells its agent separately at $199/year, and ZenBusiness offers 50% off the first year ($99) with formation. Compare terms on Bizee's pricing page and LegalZoom's pricing page.23, 24, 25, 26

Is filing a Georgia LLC yourself enough?

It can be, since Georgia takes the articles online or by mail from the owner. You pay the $110 fee and then $60 a year, with no plan on top.2, 3

Doing it yourself means choosing an agent: under O.C.G.A. § 14-11-209 that can be an individual resident of this state, a corporation, another limited liability company, or a foreign company having a certificate of authority to transact business in this state. It also means remembering the registration window, open from January 1 to April 1 each year, without a reminder. The Georgia formation guide covers each filing, and the cost calculator shows what a plan adds.3, 27

Georgia LLC service questions

Do the totals on this page include the Georgia filing fee?

Yes. Each first-year total adds the $110 state fee to the plan's listed price, so Inc Authority's $110 is that fee alone. Year two adds the $60 annual registration the same way.2, 3

Which LLC service files the Georgia annual registration?

Tailor Brands lists mandatory report filing on Essential and Elite, and ZenBusiness lists state-required annual reports on Pro and Premium. Northwest Registered Agent charges $100 + state fees per filing and LegalZoom charges $99 + state filing fees. The state's $60 fee is added in every case.3, 7, 8, 11, 12

What does a Georgia LLC cost in year two with a service?

The $60 registration plus any plan renewal. That gives $60 with Inc Authority and $309 with Tailor Brands Elite. Agent renewals after a free year are extra.3

Can a service get my Georgia LLC approved faster?

Only partly. A service controls its own preparation time, but Georgia's review takes about 7 business days online unless expedited review is bought. Georgia's cheapest rush tier adds $120 on top of the filing fee.3, 20

Do I need a service to form an LLC in Georgia?

No. You can file online with the state for $110 and, as a Georgia resident, act as your own agent under O.C.G.A. § 14-11-209. A service adds preparation and, on some plans, an agent or the yearly filing.2, 27
