Bizee (formerly Incfile) vs Swyft Filings: LLC formation compared (2026)
Facts checked October 13 to 15, 2026.
Bizee's rating is 8.0 and Swyft Filings' is 7.7 on our method. Both sell three LLC packages at $0, $199 and $299, so the gap lies elsewhere: Bizee includes the first registered agent year and then charges $149/year, while Swyft Filings lists no agent in its packages and bills $149 per quarter for one. Swyft Filings states faster processing, 3 business days on Standard against approximately 4 business days on Bizee Premium.1, 2, 3
How do Bizee and Swyft Filings line up?
Our rating compares Bizee Premium with Swyft Filings Standard, the plan from each that keeps the most items for good within our price limit.
On a tie the cheaper plan is taken, and Swyft Premium keeps no more for good than Standard, so Standard is the one compared. The table shows both, plus every published tier, trial items and the agent's terms.

Auto-renewal, cancelling and refunds are as each provider states them for its registered agent and subscription services.
The package prices are the same at each tier, and neither includes the state's filing fee. The state fee table lists every state's charge, and all plans side by side shows how both sets of packages compare with the other providers we track.
What starts billing after checkout?
Swyft Filings bundles more trial subscriptions into its packages, and some of them turn into charges unless cancelled. Bizee's packages carry fewer trials, but its agent year also ends with a bill.
Swyft's package FAQ reads: You will not be charged additional fees by us beyond what was shown. The same FAQ adds that subscription services (e.g. registered agent) renew annually. Every LLC package also starts a trial of ComplianceGuard, its annual report service, and the ComplianceGuard page reads: After the 14-day free trial, your card will automatically be charged $199 for a one-year subscription. The service renews each year unless cancelled by you.4, 5
Two more trials come with the packages. A business address and virtual mailbox runs at $29/mo after the free period (Standard 1 month free, Premium 3 months free). Swyft Legal Suite, with document templates and guidance from a business attorney in your state, is free for a set period by package (Basic and Standard 1 month, Premium 2 months); what applies after the free period is not stated on Swyft's pricing page.6, 7
Bizee lists the fee on every package as one-time. Some items still run out. The package list shows Virtual Address (1st month included), after which the address costs $29/month. The agent year ends and renews at $149/year. Bizee Premium also adds a business phone line for its first year, with no later price published.2, 8, 9
Where do Bizee and Swyft Filings part ways?
They split on the agent bill, on stated speed and on what each compared plan keeps for good. The list names the fact behind each point.
- Lower two-year plan cost: Swyft Filings: $199 vs $299
- Faster stated processing: Swyft Filings: 3 business days vs approximately 4 business days
- More services included for good: Bizee (formerly Incfile): 5 vs 2
- Higher Trustpilot score: Bizee (formerly Incfile): 4.8/5 vs 4.7/5
- All-in-one platform: Bizee (formerly Incfile): sells 7 of 10 business service types we track vs 6
A registered agent at each company
Your LLC has to name a registered agent: someone with an address in the state who takes delivery of lawsuits and official notices. Bizee gives one year of Registered Agent Service for free with any formation package. After that, the fee is $149/year.2, 10
Swyft Filings sells the agent separately. Its checkout reads: You will be charged for Registered Agent ($149/quarter) in 90 days. That works out to $596/year, several times Bizee's yearly fee. Swyft says it will send reminders before any renewal, and Bizee's terms say its services may automatically renew.3, 4, 11
Delivery differs in detail. Swyft Filings uploads documents to an online dashboard, with legal SOP typically within 2-3 hours, while Bizee's agent page lists Service of process mailed via FedEx with tracking for court papers.2, 3
Speed at each price
At the same $299, Swyft Filings Premium states 1 business day and Bizee Premium approximately 4 business days. In the middle tier the gap is wider. Swyft Standard states 3 business days, and Bizee Standard states approximately 2 weeks, which Bizee says includes expedited filing.1, 7, 8
Express processing costs $50, and Swyft's table lists a value only under Basic. Same-day processing is a $100 add-on on the lower tiers, and Premium lists Same-day processing (included). Bizee doesn't publish a rush price; for Premium, its FAQ says Bizee files within one business day of your order. These figures describe the provider's work. The state's review comes after, as our LLC timeline guide explains.7, 8
Which is easier to cancel or get a refund from?
Neither publishes a long refund window. Bizee orders are generally refundable until payment is forwarded to any government entity, typically within twenty-four hours after an order is placed, and cancellation requests are not accepted by phone or email.11
Swyft Filings' refund page reads: Billing questions should be evaluated by charge type and order status. It adds: If processing has not started, you may be eligible for a refund based on the refund policy. No time limit is given.12
Leaving the agent service has a rule at both. Bizee wants you to cancel by assigning a new registered agent with state and notifying Bizee of the change. Swyft Filings says the registered agent must be changed, or the business must be voluntarily dissolved before the service can be cancelled. At both, a new agent on the state's record (or, at Swyft Filings, a dissolution) comes before the service ends.11, 13
Which reader does each one fit?
Each match below comes from a published term. Our rating lists Bizee ahead of Swyft Filings.
- For the lower plan price between the plans our rating compares, Swyft Filings Standard at $199 against $299, before state fees. Counting an agent reverses that: Bizee Standard costs the same as Swyft's, includes the agent's first year and renews it at $149/year, while Swyft bills $149 per quarter.2, 3
- If you will use the company as your agent, Bizee: the first year is in the package and renewal is $149/year against $596/year.2, 3
- For the shortest stated processing in either lineup, Swyft Filings Premium at 1 business day.7
- For annual reports filed for you, Swyft Filings ComplianceGuard at $199/year after the trial. Bizee also files reports, with no standalone price stated.5, 14
- For a first-time founder, the two tie. Bizee keeps none of the three supports for good, Swyft Filings keeps none of the three supports, and each sells annual report filing as an extra.
- For buying more business services from one company, Bizee sells 7 of the 10 types we track and Swyft Filings 6.
- For more items kept for good inside the price, Bizee Premium with 5 against 2.
On founders abroad, both companies publish general guidance only. Swyft's FAQ says a non-U.S. citizen can legally form an LLC in the United States, but the page does not explicitly confirm Swyft order flow supports non-US addresses. Bizee has an article saying non-U.S. citizens and non-residents can start their own businesses. Our non-U.S. founders list shows which providers state they take these orders.4, 15
